Summer Days

Today I've been thinking back to last summer and waiting patiently for the spring to come. Normally I am a winter person. I love the snowy days where I have to dig my pretty blue car out of it, the holidays, and my birthday. Unfortunately the cold weather does interfere with my ability to look cute on a daily basis. The nicer weather gives the opportunity for cute & colorful skirts and dresses, which I will be looking forward to posting about in the near future. As for today I'm going to take you back to my life last spring & summer.

(Mind you this is my first year with no experience of gardening)
The tomato's bloomed enormously and conquered my entire garden.
The peppers never ripened as I thought they would.
The eggplant was white?
As for the cucumber, well I only found one :(
Hopefully this year will bring me a better variety of fresh veggies!

I've also discovered a really cool place to hike! in the state park.

I tried to drag someone along with me twice a week. It was a beautiful place very near to my home.

Although I am a bright light girl, and my heart belongs in the city, Ridley park is a great form of exercises and fresh air outside of the pollution infested, row home Philadelphia.

 (I've never been hiking before!) Just an aw some spot to get a away for a couple hours.
